Wix acts as a data processor on our behalf and processes personal data submitted through our website (including contact form submissions, website analytics, and cookies).   • Workplace Safety and Health Council and related bodies

7. Cross-Border Data Transfers
As our website is hosted on the Wix platform, your personal data collected through the website may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside of Singapore, including in the United States, European Union, and other jurisdictions where Wix operates its infrastructure.
Where personal data is transferred outside of Singapore, we take reasonable steps to ensure that the receiving party provides a standard of protection that is comparable to the protection afforded under the PDPA. These steps include:

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or asrequired by applicable laws and regulations. Our general retention guidelines are:

Client and project records: 7 years after completion of the project or contract
Financial and tax records: 7 years from the end of the relevant financial year (as required by IRAS and the Companies Act)
Employment records: 2 years after cessation of employment (or longer where required by the Employment Act or CPF Act)
Job application records (unsuccessful): 1 year from the date of the application decision
Website analytics data: 26 months from the date of collection
Enquiry and correspondence records: 3 years from the date of the last interaction
Safety and incident records: As required by the Workplace Safety and Health Act and related regulations
Upon expiry of the relevant retention period, personal data is securely destroyed or anonymized in accordance with our data disposal procedures.

9. Your Rights Under the PDPA

Under the PDPA, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
9.1 Right of Access
You may request access to your personal data that is in our possession or under our control, as well as informationabout how your data has been used or disclosed within the past year.

 

9.2 Right of Correction
You may request the correction of any personal data that is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.

 

9.3 Right to Withdraw Consent
You may withdraw your consent for the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data at any time, subject tolegal or contractual restrictions. We will inform you of the likely consequences of your withdrawal.
